Police Raid New School, Arrests Dozens Of Students

Webnew york police arrested about 300 people on two campuses tuesday night, as officers cleared out a columbia university building occupied by protesters. Webpolice arrested while 43 people clearing out a second college in new york city this morning, with officers moving in to remove protesters from the new school. Webdozens of students arrested and placed on interim suspension in the spring will return to campus and enroll in classes while awaiting disciplinary hearings. Webofficers from the new york police department went to new york university and the new school, where they ultimately arrested 56 people, with no incidents, between both schools. Universities, police have descended on dozens of campuses to sweep up students in. Webpolice officers arrested 56 people — 13 at n. y. u. And 43 at the new school — according to preliminary information from the police department.
